Saturday essential habit!

I have a habit. Actually, a lot of habits. I'm definitely a girl of routine. THIS habit however, is one that I am very happy to have cultivated - it's the habit of food prep Saturdays. This is the day I make sure all the healthy snacks/lunches and dinners we need for the week are ready to go and easily accessible. This week, it meant cooking up a large pot of red lentil dahl, three meals worth of a crustless quiche, a big serving of quinoa, wheat berries and some wild rice mix. Along with that, veggies are washed and ready for lunch salads, beets are cooked up for morning purple porridge (more on that to come), eggs are hard-boiled and hummus is made with even some extra for the freezer! Systems and structures make it possible to keep up the healthy habits I want to maintain all week long. What systems and structures do you use to keep up your healthy habits?
