I cannot thank Liana enough for the help that she has given to me to become healthier and to learn how to form a better relationship with food.  Before I started working with Liana, my weight would fluctuate wildly and would be up and down over and over again. Before working with Liana, I had a "Go Big or Go Home" approach to fitness.  This may have worked in my 20s and 30s, but when I turned 45, this attitude created many problems.  Not only did I have overuse injuries (shoulder, heel, and knee), but I felt terrible about what I had gotten myself into and felt very frustrated by my limitations.  Liana worked with me and helped me change my philosophy when it comes to living a healthy and balanced life.  It isn't about winning or accomplishing, it's about longevity.  It's about making healthy choices for YOUR body and being realistic.  Liana is very patient and a great listener. Ever keen on training with a well-rounded approach, we talked about everything from addressing weaknesses in my body, proper form, and work-out modifications.  Liana even assisted my husband and me when we went vegan. Liana is extremely professional, organized, calm, and patient.  She was the perfect person to motivate me and I am so grateful for all her help.

I love to interact with groups that are involved in weight loss but it's been a struggle finding a balance between weight loss versus developing a healthy lifestyle. What a frustrating and inconsistent struggle.

 

When Coach Liana initially introduced her health challenge program, I was not that interested in joining because I thought it would be like other programs I have tried. But after having a chat with her I discovered something very unique and different; Coach Liana inspires you to discover what you enjoy doing and motivates you into developing a consistent healthy lifestyle. I became interested and joined the next health challenge program and to my greatest surprise I enjoyed it and was one of the winners. 

 

This led me to challenging myself  into developing a consistent enjoyable lifestyle that has helped to improve my health and fitness. The things I struggled doing in the past have become part of my daily routine I love and enjoy.
