MY STORY
Taking Charge of Your Health Destiny
I did not grow up "super fit" nor was I an athlete of any kind. In my late twenties my doctor challenged me to develop a plan for health, knowing that not planning for health would result in certain planning for illness and less than optimal aging. At that point I began the slow journey towards weight loss, building strength and nurturing endurance. I realized that getting fit took hard work and commitment, but resulted in unexpected improvements in quality of life, confidence and positive expectation for the future. I believe that everyone deserves a life of wellness and vitality, and many just need some coaching to help them along their way. How can I help you?
